Benni Krueger (“we”, “us”) operates pianotuner.co.nz. This page explains what personal information is collected when you use the website and how it is used. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

The website does not use cookies or advertising trackers, and does not ask you to create an account.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, the referring website, the visitor's country, browser and type of device, and whether the phone number is tapped or a message is sent. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other websites; visits are grouped using a short-lived anonymous code that is discarded within 24 hours.

Contacting us

Messages sent with the booking form are delivered to Benni by email through Formspree, which keeps a copy for 30 days under its own privacy policy. Whether you use the form or phone, we use your name, contact details, suburb and message only to reply to you and to arrange and carry out the work. We do not share them with anyone else.

Website hosting

Like all websites, the server that hosts this site may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used only to keep the site running and secure.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Google for reviews and news articles. We have no control over their content or privacy practices, so please review their privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the booking form or by phone.
